Brief Summary of the Project

Within the framework of the present project, the company implemented the following developments:

– Procurement of 1 new HURCO VMX 30i CNC machining centre
– Installation of a manual powder coating technology system, including pre-treatment equipment, an enclosed powder coating booth, curing oven and conveyor system
– Implementation of professional ICT training
– Use of consulting services

The company’s main activity is metalworking, which is relevant to nearly all sectors of industry. An essential part of this activity is production preparation, as well as ensuring the transparency and optimisation of manufacturing processes. The aim of the present project is to ensure optimal operation, modernisation, increased efficiency and improved quality.

The new HURCO VMX 30i CNC machining centre purchased within the framework of the project is equipped with Max5 control and the WinMax programming system. Its user-friendly and innovative conversational programming significantly increases the efficiency and profitability of machine production. The machine’s complete electronic design ensures reliability and low maintenance costs.

The other investment involved the installation of a manual powder coating technology system equipped with pre-treatment equipment, an enclosed powder coating booth, a curing oven and a manually operated conveyor system.

The powder coating booth is equipped with a single spraying opening, an overhead through-conveyor material handling system, a six-filter filtration unit and a filter cleaning system. Inside the powder coating booth, the workpieces are transported using a manually operated overhead material handling system.

Implementation of the project began on 18 March 2022 with professional ICT training. The advanced Excel training course was completed by 6 participants, with a duration of 40 hours per person.

Furthermore, consulting services were also provided as part of the project, resulting in the preparation of a medium-term Business Plan.
