Brief project summary
HungaroBLECH Kft. continually modernises its equipment to meet its customers’ expectations and further strengthen its market position.
The machinery purchases to be carried out under this project aim to ensure optimal operation and modernisation.
The following equipment was purchased as part of the project:
2 EJC 110 electric pedestrian stackers
1 Trumpf TruBend 5085 CNC press brake
1 application software package comprising 2 copies of solidWorks Standard CAD software with a 1-year subscription (= 2 subscriptions) + 3 days/person = 3 basic training courses
The purchase of the SolidWorks drawing and design software was important to the company for production optimisation and also supports the creation of a new job. The software enables quick and straightforward 3-dimensional product visualisation, design, production planning and identification of unwanted manufacturing errors.
The technical standard and manufacturing accuracy of the machine to be replaced by the new press brake were no longer adequate. The Trumpf TruBend 5085 CNC press brake purchased as part of the project enables workpieces of any shape to be processed accurately and economically.
Thanks to the investment, prospective customers can easily find solutions for their designs. The development aimed to increase efficiency, create jobs and improve quality.
